We only ship within Australia, and we use AusPost/Fastway to deliver our order.  Please always make sure you have provided correct delivery address and contact number before placing your order.

*The order will only be arrived next business day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and is subject to Australia Post fulfilling its service guarantee.

*The shipping cost does not apply to wholesale orders.

*Orders received before 2pm (AEST time) will be processed within 24-48 hours, shipment details will be sent by email upon dispatching. If you need the products urgently, we offer Express Post service at check out too.

*We pride on our quality controls and all orders will be checked and wrapped safely upon dispatching, we hope you love your order but if you have ordered wrong item by mistake or noticed a faulty product, we are happy to assist you for the return and refund process.

* Due to hygiene concerns, orders need to be returned with original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them, we may not accept any returns if products been opened or washed or used.

* The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

*On the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or faulty, please email us a photograph within 7 days of receipt to [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement for you.

* For all return requests, please contact our sales team in writing at:
[email protected], and we will guide you through the return process, please do not mark your parcel RTS as we cannot guarantee your order will be returned/refunded.

* Refund will be made to the account you use to purchase the order, refund amount will be the purchase amount you paid, and we cannot refund the shipping cost.

*We would try our best to show the product’s features and colours as accurate as it is, but due to monitor or screen difference, you may see a different colour from the products received, we cannot refund any orders due to this matter.
