Shipping Conditions
We currently ship to Australia wide/New Zealand using Australia Post/Australia Post International services and some other couriers (Aramex/Courier Please, etc) for our deliveries.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct delivery address and contact number before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates, times of day, or special delivery instructions to the courier. Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Additional Shipping Notes:
- Order amount refers to the total after discounts and before shipping cost.
- “Next business day” delivery is available only within the Australia Post Express Network and is subject to Australia Post’s service guarantee.
- Shipping costs do not apply to wholesale orders.
- Orders received before 2:00 pm (AEST) are processed within 24–48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- If you require urgent delivery, please select Express Post at checkout.
- We take pride in our quality control—each order is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch.
Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you have ordered the wrong item by mistake or received a faulty product, we are happy to assist you.
- Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 business days of receiving your order.
- No returns or refunds will be accepted after 14 business days.
- Due to hygiene concerns, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Products that have been opened, washed, or used cannot be returned.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
- Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Faulty or Damaged Items
- On the rare occasion that an item arrives broken or faulty, please email a photograph and your order details to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
- Return Process

We will guide you through the return procedure.
Please do not mark your parcel “Return to Sender (RTS)” as we cannot guarantee that such returns will be received or refunded.
- Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund amount will be for the product purchase price only; shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Colour & Product Representation
We strive to display product colours and features as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitors and screens, actual product colours may differ slightly. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for such differences.
